For 15+ minutes I have been sitting in front of my computer, not knowing how to fit in four years of happiness in one short blog. My Miley turned 4. Words cannot describe... pictures cannot capture... (still thinking)... nope, nothing. I am having a huge "Mom Moment" where every treasured memory brings a lump to my throat. I wish I could take each memory, fold it up and put it in my pocket. The kiss-attacks; the 2-inch braids when her hair was barely long enough to hold an elastic; her favorite game called,
I'm the Mommy, You're the Miley; singing along to every song in Mary Poppins; throwing up on Uncle Rick (really, a cute story); and so many dang others that threaten to make this a very long blog...
Okay, no more blubbering. We had a great B-Day with friends and fam at McDonalds. This might be a tradition worth keeping. I love how the kids can run around the Play Place with minimal parental guidance, and I don't even have to clean up when the party is over. Hooray!
All of the cupcakes were gobbled up, even though my purple icing turned into a putrid gray...
However, Grandma Vicki made up for it by getting Miley an awesome TinkerBell cake when we visited last weekend. Thank you for everything Gram & Gramps!

FOUR... wow that was fast! Things happen before you really want them too... except pottie training. Brett turned 3 in Nov. We started the week after Christmas. It took about a week and he was done. He has even had a diaper on (night) & told me that he had to go pottie. Mom:"you have a diaper" Brett:"no go pottie" I don't believe in pushin them, they just have to be ready. Keep on inviting and he will get it! Love ya!!
